It's Halloween, so Happy Thanksgiving and let's trim the tree!
Walgreen's. There's one every 1/2 block. It's a good place to go if you need a bottle of medicine, Ex-Lax, or a gallon of milk. What you may or may not have realized is that "Walgreen's" has screwed up your holidays by stocking the store full of goods months in advance for holidays a half a year away. Yours truly went undercover to a local Walgreen's yesterday to validate the truth. Indeed, the beginning of the store featured pumpkins, skulls, and candy. A few feet down the line you'll see aluminum pans and window stickers with turkeys. A few feet more and you'll see Christmas trees...Oh yeah, Christmas stuff at the first of October! This is why I hate the friggin' holidays. Don't push anything down my throat! I'm not even THINKING about Christmas...Hell, I don't even know what I'm having for dinner tonight! Yeah, whatever! That's all I have to say about that! Happy Kwanza!
