"A CNN error, or was it?, Axl gets called on the carpet, and Down the wrong Hatch!"
How about that damn Wolf Blitzer of CNN making Mr. Bush look like a stooge on Monday night's "immigration speech"? As it turned out, Mr. Bush was rehearsing his speech a half an hour earlier and reading off the teleprompter while making all kinds of mistakes. Meanwhile, Blitzer gave the go ahead to his camera crew to start a live feed of the speech. While the speech filled with bloopers and blunders was being aired all over the globe, it took a couple dozen telephone calls from loyal CNN viewers before word got back to Mr. Blitzer that the President was simply practicing for the real thing. Soon Blitzer, sitting across the desk from Mr. Bush was apologizing to viewers for the mishap. "The Network News Pool obviously thought the speech had begun. We apologize for the miscommunication". Nice try Mr. Blitzer. The only cameras in the room at the time were those belonging to CNN in which you gave the orders to start recording. Nobody representing the Network News Pool was responsible for anything. Matter of fact, they didn't show up until moments before the "real" speech began. So, what's the point of all this? To make Bush look like a dope. To make it look like what he says really isn't from the heart rather, it's from the lips of someone on his staff. Leave the guy alone already! He does something bad and people hate him. Something good and people still hate him, A teleprompter is used by anyone appearing on television and speaking. Bush is no different. Heck, Cronkite used it, as well as Dan Rather, Tom Brokaw, and the late Peter Jennings. What do you think they were giving you? Their personal opinion? Many call the Bush mishap a mishap. Still others call it a conspiracy. I call it stupidity...on Wolf Blitzer's end! Yet another appearance by Mr. Axl Rose to hype a new Guns and Roses record arriving ?????? Look for "Chinese Democracy" before the end of the decade. It started out as kind of a gag on former "Skid Row" frontman Sebastian Bach's XM satellite radio show. Bach started ranting and raving about the 20 incarnations of Guns and Roses over the past decade. The most recent lineup included a guitarist from The Psychedelic Furs, another from Spandau Ballet and a few others. Kind of a diverse group and diverse music styles. That was the lineup that Axl used for the MTV Awards several years ago before launching their North American Tour. This tour was doomed from the start as there was nothing but fighting amongst band members. Ticketholders to the shows weren't too thrilled either because G'n'R has a history of showing up at a gig five hours late, if they show up at all. For this reason, after only three cities, Axl Rose pulled the plug and everyone went their own way. Now, on Sebastian Bach's radio show, he teased and tainted Axl Rise to the point where a pissed Axl phoned in to explain himself. A new Guns and Roses album will be here "very soon" according to Rose. He even kept everyone hanging by saying that the new record may very well indeed feature the original lineup. Sebastian Bach told Axl on the phone that talk is cheap and invited him to come to the studio with his guitar to sample a few new tracks. Within a half hour, Axl was sitting inside the studio and singing new songs. Bach questiones him by saying, "I thought the album was due next month?" "Not really" says Axl, "We're now looking at early 2007!" Stuffing money down the wrong Hatch results in jail time. If you haven't heard by now, ex-Survivor winner Richard Hatch is in a dilly of a pickle. After winning "Survivor" several years back, Hatch went on trips, vacations, rode in limosines, and spent the money as if there was no tomorrow. Only thing is, Hatch somehow forget to do his income taxes. I Ask...How can a person FORGET? Now, I'd love to see this drag queen in jail. More queer than a $3 bill? You betcha. More queer than a $4 bill. That's it for now folks,
