AUTHOR: Dave Sypniewski DATE: Tuesday, October 18, 2005 ----- BODY: I'll never forget the early 80's reading Mad Magazine and a cartoon spoof of "Rocky" which showed Sly Stallone shuffling his way to the boxing ring with a walker for the "Rocky 10". At 59 years of age and "just one more movie" in development, this guy is really making a joke out of a joke. Only four more movies to go and Mad Magazine will have hit the nail on the head. You would think that after the last movie...or should I say, movies that Stallone made, could it possibly get any worse? Probably not as bad as Jackie Stallone reading tarot cards or Frank Stallone singing on the soundtrack to "Cliffhanger"! So, the screenplay is getting written and nothing is being said about the story...which usually means it's going to be a stinker. Let's keep our fingers crossed that this will be the last in the "Rocky" series. We need this like we need another "Terminator" movie which by the way, Arnold has already said he's going to do if not re-elected as Governer. At this point, "T4" seems more likely to happen than Arnold's future in politics. Maybe Stallone and Arnold should do a switcheroo, with Sly being Governer and Arnold returning to movies. Guess who's back?!
